Halloween Party courtesy of Universidad del Pacifico students.

Today was a special day.  Some students from Universidad del Pacifico in Lima threw a wonderful Halloween party for the kids.  Music, dancing, games, treats and so much fun.

One of the University students getting his face painted.
That little guy was dancing up a storm and bringing smiles to every face.
Some serious break dancing from the little guy at the bottom of the photo. Those dance lessons worked.
The little gal in the middle, wow, she could dance up a storm.
When Tio blew the whistle, the kids lined up in orderly fashion and patiently waited their turn for treats and cake. Not the kind of treats they often see.
Enjoying their treats.

Ava and Maria, identical twins, obviously, with their Halloween face paint. Very sweet and shy girls who I would be proud to have as daughters.
They had some of the young boys doing the announcing on occasion, and they were really into it.

Kudos to the students of Universidad del Pacifico for the wonderful job they did.  They do events at Westfalia 3 or 4 times a year and you can see on their faces how much they enjoy it.

Next, the Anniversary Party on November 13th.  Should be a lot of fun.  Hopefully we will soon be able to organize some painting parties to brighten up the bedrooms that these children share 4 or 5 to a room.  Then comes the Christmas Party, for which we always need help.  Stay tuned.  Better yet, get involved.  The children will love you for it.
